The SpringHill Suites is a select-service hotel in Bismarck, North Dakota located on the south side of the capital city. It is adjacent to the Bismarck Municipal Airport, which is served by major airlines such as Delta, United, and American. The SpringHill Suites Bismarck hotel provides easy access to the Kirkwood Mall and the downtown central business district. 

This hotel is centered on the property to accommodate parking on three sides of the building. The concrete parking lot fits 105 vehicles with two charging stations for the charging of four electric vehicles. The overall property includes space for an adjacent restaurant.  

This Bismarck hotel is a four-story property with 90 total guestrooms comprised of 27 king units and 63 double queen units. Hotel amenities include dining area for breakfast with seating for 39 open to a bar with seating for 6, breakfast buffet, lounge with soft seating around a modern style gas fireplace and open to the adjacent business center, and meeting room with round table seating for 80. Dining, bar, and meeting room all have access to the outdoor patio with seating for upwards of 26 individuals. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee and breakfast on a beautiful morning. Meeting attendees can enjoy a snack and beverage during a break. And guests can enjoy a drink while relaxing around the fire pit and watching a gorgeous North Dakota sunset. Additional hotel guest amenities include a fitness center with space for stretching and yoga, free weight equipment, and treadmills and ellipticals for an energetic cardio workout. The hotel also includes an indoor chlorinated pool and spa, guest laundry, and a market with an assortment of dry goods, and refrigerated and frozen items all for individual purchase. 

This North Dakota hotel is typical wood frame construction, wood floor trusses, sloping top chord roof trusses providing minimum required slope for a “flat” roof, concrete masonry unit elevator shaft, and structural steel supporting the large expanses of open space on the first floor. The mechanical system is a typical dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) serving the public spaces and corridors, and PTAC units with sound absorbing sleeves, minimizing the noise from the adjacent airport, serving the individual guestrooms. The electrical system is a typical three-phase service to the building and all lighting utilizes LED technology. The building is also fully equipped with automatic fire protection and fire alarm systems meeting all regulatory codes.
