Step 1: Discovery

When you choose Kaizen, you can be assured your ideas and needs are valued. It’s important to us that the initial meeting be a two-way conversation to gather as much information as we can. We will ask questions to fully understand your vision, seeking out answers to foreseeable challenges and brainstorming to discuss project possibilities. We’ll also seek contractor input to ensure the design happens collectively and that the project doesn’t move forward until there is full buy-in from everyone involved.

Step 2: Process

Your vision is beginning to take shape, and the design team is collaborating to develop the schematic design. With ongoing communication and a face-to-face meeting, the team will verify they are moving in the right direction to make your project vision a reality. During this time our focus will concentrate on integrating building systems through design development, ensuring a cohesive design for the milestone review. With the big picture questions answered, it’ll be time to get down to the details of your project as we close in on the final review meeting and construction documentation.   

Step 3: Actualization

The culmination of months of hard work is about to be realized. It’s an exciting time as construction begins on your project! You won’t go through it alone though. We will be by your side from the groundbreaking to the grand opening to provide ongoing support throughout the construction process. Your success is our success!
