Do I really need an architect?

It’s fair to say most would choose to seek the medical advice of a doctor if they broke a bone, rather than have a friend simply wrap it up for them. In the same way architects have a basic understanding of building code, spatial relationships, workflow and function, aesthetics, and how to coordinate all of that along with building systems. They also work with a team of engineers to ensure the building systems such as structure, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and many other disciplines are coordinated to work with the overall building design. Yes, a friend could try to draw up some building plans, but would the building be safe to enter, work and function the way it is supposed to for the end user, and look great?

Whether you’re building a hotel or an office building, our firm of architects offers over 50 years and 220 projects worth of combined experience in design and project management. That means when someone works with us, they’re getting more than an architect, they’re getting an abundance of knowledge and expertise that is ready for whatever might come.

Are you in need of an architect?
